About Steve L.
I am a secondary and post-secondary educator dedicated to improving the lives of my students. From my work in the classroom, to the affordable, specialized college prep classes taught through my company The Good Tutor, to my qualitative academic research- my entire career revolves around a single belief: a high-quality education is a right possessed by every student. I also enjoy working in the communities within and around Tampa Bay to improve lives in the city I have long called home. As I pursue these goals, I keep my mind settled upon three central questions each day.[1] Does my work and effort exhibit who I really am?[2] Is my work helping people every day?[3] I am I enjoying the process as I pursue my goals?
