I’ve spent over a decade in eCommerce, helping brands elevate their digital presence and connect with customers in meaningful ways. My career has taken me from leading client strategies at Swarming Technology to driving product strategy for two premium apparel brands, Sitka Gear and GOREWEAR. I love taking complex eCommerce ecosystems and turning them into streamlined, high-performing platforms that delight users.One of my proudest achievements is leading an 18 month digital transformation centered around launching unified headless eCommerce sites for both Sitka Gear and GOREWEAR in the U.S. and the EU. As with any major launch, it was far more than standing up a new platform. We upgraded the ERP, rebuilt retail and marketing systems, redesigned key experiences, overhauled payments and returns, and delivered a suite of custom features. It was a massive lift, but with an incredible team and strong partners, we launched a completely refreshed digital ecosystem that drove meaningful business growth. Seeing improvements like higher conversion rates and easier internal workflows is what keeps me passionate about eCommerce.At Swarming Technology, I oversaw 25+ full-site builds and countless enhancement projects across Magento, BigCommerce, and Shopify. This work sharpened my ability to translate business goals into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results. I’ve learned that every successful project starts with understanding the customer’s needs, and that principle still guides my approach to product leadership.I enjoy finding simple solutions to complex problems. Mentoring others is also a big part of who I am, I love helping teammates grow by sharing what I’ve learned, both the successes and the mistakes.
