Currently CEO/President of the company and operate in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas and Denver. Under my direction Scott Felder Homes has been recognized as a \"21 Time Best Builder\". These awards include Texas Association of Builders Mid Volume Builder of the Year for 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2021, 2023 and Texas High Volume Builder of the Year for 2024. Homebuilders Association of Austin Builder of the Year for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2023. Austin Business Journal Builder of the Year in 2014, 2019, and 2021. Greater San Antonio Builders Association Builder of the Year in 2015, 2018, and 2021.
