Now full time with Intelligent Evidence, I focus on helping schools strengthen transparent self-evaluation and prepare confidently for Ofsted.For over 10 years I served as Head Teacher at The Deans Primary School, leading a brilliant team committed to giving every child the best start. We celebrated not only strong progress, but also the smiles, confidence, and sense of community that defined our school. Our efforts were recognised by Ofsted in July 2024 https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/21/105924That same mix of care, curiosity, innovation, and courage to do what’s right for pupils continues to shape my work today.
