I provide a range of executive management and consultancy services to help organisations navigate the challenges of growth.My career spans 30+ years and commercial roles at multinationals and SMEs in the UK, Europe and Australasia including 19 years across 3 CEO/Managing Director positions. I have a strong financial and operational background and an MBA from one of the top global business schools. My experience includes running high growth early stage software businesses, university spin-outs and technology transfer, go-to-market, fundraising, exit planning and execution, and coaching and mentoring. I set up KerridgeConsult in 2015 to share my experience with organisations looking to deliver growth and improve efficiency, with a particular interest in university enterprise, start-ups and early stage technology companies.I am Executive Chair of Kausalyze Ltd, an exciting new spinout from the University of Sheffield using genAI to make industrial process downtime a thing of the past.
