Manage and supervise a staff that creates, develops, and markets law enforcement and military publications, research state and federal laws, and city and county ordinances; develop and author publications; manage product development; and assist with the Military Division. Military Division develops products related to close air support and the needs of special forces. Publish the \"Military Police Guide to the Federal Criminal Code\";\"Veterans Affairs Police Guide to the Federal Criminal Code\";\"Peace Officer\'s Guide to the Hawaii Criminal Code\";\"Guide to Police Supervision\";\"Guide to Discipline and Commendation\"; and Park Ranger\'s Guide to the Federal Criminal Code\". Produce the \"Terminal Guidance Operations Tool\" and other specialized products for JTACs and military members.Developed, and for five years (2001 through 2006), delivered management training courses at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in Roswell, NM. In 2009 and 2010, successfully led a law enforcement team through the accreditation process. In 20••••13, led focus groups and as a result developed a five-year plan for a city police department that was adopted by the city council.For over 20 years has served as a member of the Aviation Committee, International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
