Since May of 1980, I have been involved in outside sales targeting new construction projects. My first sales position was as a security consultant, selling burglar alarms, fire alarms, camera systems and access control to residential and commercial projects. I added home theater, whole house audio and lighting controls to my sales portfolio in the security industry. In my 25 years in outside sales I’ve added wood and vinyl windows, entry doors, stained glass, flooring, heating & air conditioning and central vacuums to residential and commercial projects to my portfolio. I have created 4 Construction Lead Service companies, starting with Pulse of the County in 1986, and now my best service, Construction Insider, starting in 2008. I now provide data for the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, from Napa to Monterey as well as Northern California, including Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado & Nevada counties and Santa Barbara & Ventura counties in Southern California. I believe my service is the best in California at providing timely, quality, residential construction leads and I intend to continue to improve my service and maintain that position.
