I also handle criminal defense in federal and state courts. I serve as a general outside counsel for several small and mid-sized companies, including non-profit entities like churches and church denominations. In addition to litigation, I also offer alternative dispute resolution services, including arbitration and mediation. I mediate lawsuits in federal and state courts.
