I am a career corporate banker with extensive experience building and maintaining high touch financial relationships…providing over 4 decades of financial expertise in conjunction with very high levels of superior service. In addition, I have deep experience in commercial real estate finance and, unlike many veteran bankers, hands-on tenures in the real world of private, entrepreneurial concerns such as wholesale beer distribution, start-up telecommunications, and even minor-league sports franchises. I know what it’s like to have to scramble to meet payroll and maximize sales proceeds from a distressed subsidiary, for example. These supplements to my banking experience enable me to connect with business owners and managers on a very real and personal level. I am excited about my new role as Senior Commercial Lender at American Bank. We are building a first-class Houston commercial banking team to complement our extensive footprint throughout Central and South Texas.
