Once the plans were approved, they were put into action in September 2021, redesigning offices, access procedures and developing working from home practices• Relocated the Glasgow and London offices reducing costs• Welcomed two further serviced offices for new outsource claims teams located in different parts of the country, bringing the total of offices to five. UK staff numbers now total around 500• Developed, updated and improved BCP to consider Hybrid working• Lead compliance with SECR & ESOS schemes (as we met the requirements), and now Scope 3 data collection and developing our path to net-zero.
