At VidCom, I am the Senior Systems Engineer with a wide range of responsibilities. I work very closely with our Sales team to make sure that sales go smoothly and systems are designed correctly. I attend sales calls to field the important technical questions that arise and to help interpret client needs. I am also responsible for taking care of selling to the bigger Post and Production facilities in Vancouver including but not limited to The Vancouver Canucks, Encore/Deluxe/Method, Technicolor and Rainmaker. Once any sale is complete, I receive the products, test them, set them up, install them, and train clients to use them. I then take any support calls that may arise and make sure clients are taken care of to the best of my abilities. I am extremely customer support oriented and am most happy when our clients are happy and up and running. My knowledge is deep in a way that only a re-seller can have. I attend training on many products and am always having to learn new and exciting new product. I can support hundreds if no thousands of products with very strong technical skills.
