I am an enterprise culture, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness leader with more than 20 years of executive and system-level leadership experience across healthcare, government, and complex, multi-site organizations.I help executive teams design and scale culture, recognition, and engagement systems that are not just inspiring, but operational — embedded into how organizations lead, make decisions, and deliver results.Over the course of my career, I’ve served as a Chief Clinical Officer, Executive Director, and Deputy Director at the state level, leading large, regulated organizations through growth, transformation, and system redesign.
