Having been in the construction industry for over 30 years holding senior Director level roles, including heading up the construction fleet for one of the industry’s major civil engineering groups, I have been involved in delivering some of the most iconic construction projects in the UK and overseas including the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Crossrail, Hinkley Point Power Station and the modernisation of the British Antarctic Survey facilities. With a proven track record delivered through strong visible leadership and clear business strategy, I am experienced in business growth, building effective leading teams, driving innovation, both in product design and service delivery, setting new standards in operational excellence and stakeholder partnerships including client engagement. Who are Jarvis Plant and Fleet Services? A consultancy partner focused on providing strategic business leadership support within the plant machinery equipment and fleet industry. Working with clients to help improve all core aspects of operation from business process improvement, operational excellence, supply chain management to asset management, sustainable product innovation and stakeholder relationships. I am able to pass on my deep knowledge and experience and provide support to all businesses from local SMEs to multinational companies helping them to meet and deliver on client expectations in an ever changing environment.
