As a qualified P3M3 Assessor my work focusses on helping organisations with their maturity journey. I have a particularly strong focus on establishing effective project / programme Governance and Assurance – processes, tools and systems to support project and programme sponsorship. I believe that effective project and programme governance is the key to success in delivering projects on time, on budget and with high quality.My recent work has involved helping Sellafield Limited with their complex transformation programmes. My focus has been on establishing effective processes, tools and systems to support sponsorship for these programmes of change which will deliver significant benefits both at Sellafield Limited but also across the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) group of organisations over the next decade or more.I was fortunate enough to work for the team that has written PRINCE2 and P3M3 v3 for over 6 years.
