Licensed Professional Civil/Structural Engineer working for the Grand River Dam Authority in northeastern Oklahoma. Mr. Jacoby began work as a consultant for GRDA in 1980 performing structural design work for the GRDA Unit No. 2 coal fired generation unit at W. R. Holway and Associates/The Benham Companies, LLC. During his 33 years at Benham, GRDA was a principal client in the area of hydropower generation and dam safety, inclusive of numerous Federal Energy Regulatory Commission five year inspections of the GRDA hydropower facilities.Mr. Jacoby\'s experience is in the area of structural design and project management has been focused on heavy structures for water resources including hydropower and dams and in the area of bridges and transportation.

   Manage the Hydropower Generation Group for the Grand River Dam Authority. GRDA owns and operates three hydropower generation facilities. I have the privilege of serving a group of 48 staff focused in the maintenance and regulatory compliance of GRDA\'s hydropower generation assets consisting of 6 Francis turbines at Pensacola Dam (Grand Lake), 4 Kaplan turbines at Kerr Dam (Lake Hudson), and 6 reversible pump turbines at Salina Pumped Storage (W. R. Holway Reservoir) and their ancillary facilities.I retain my responsibilities as the Chief Hydro Engineer with its safety focus as the Owner\'s Dam Safety Officer for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission dam safety monitoring and compliance.
