    Leading 150+ team responsible for establishing, owning, and continuously improving a customer-focused Supply Chain Quality strategy for the $7.5+B Electronic Systems (ES) Sector. Developed, gained buy-in, and executing a new vision/strategy for a proactive Supplier Quality function responsible for $2B+ in spend, encompassing major people, process, culture and system improvements. Executed a major organization restructure that provided stronger business alignment and leadership, effective goal alignment, and a transition from reactive to proactive performance through a new expertise vs generalist model partnering with the supply base - improved the overall Culture of the team by 9% points YOY, with double digit improvements in various categories. Created and deployed a new Supplier Development Program and various updated risk mitigation processes to improve quality and delivery - realized gains in efficiencies, FPY, and cost savings. Implemented a new KPI program with Tier 1 metrics (DPPM, Disruptions, SCAR OTD) representing true performance and business impact; all 3 KPIs improved 50%+ in first 2 years. Reduced non-value added Source Inspection process by 30%+, eliminating events, allowing funds to be diverted to proactive supplier risk mitigation activities. Launched and co-leading 4 major Supply Chain Imperatives with Sourcing and Engineering functional leads focused on large strategic improvements. Developed an SQ OpEx program, delivering $22MM+ in savings in the first few years.
