Manage Carhartt wholesale accounts in Oregon and provide Carhartt visual merchandising training to store management/associates.• Collaborate with Carhartt partners and develop strategies that will support retail merchandising activities in stores, including store evaluations, redesign of retail floor, seasonal floor sets, signage, lifestyle elements and training.• Communicate information and feedback from the store level to cross-functional partners (Sales, Retail Brand Marketing) and across different levels of the organization.• Provide information from the store level to assist in the development of new processes and programs for the visual merchandising department.
