This 2 year leadership programme rotated through London and Stockholm via four individual six month rotations covering Marketing, Sales and Risk.In 2010 appointed Operational Excellence Leader at GE Capital reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and managing a team of 11 employees, Driving process efficiency, reducing business costs and enabling service excellence.Appointed GE Fleet UK Operations Director in 2013 operating at Company Director level and a member of GE Commercial Finances Fleet Services Board of Directors, with a business turnover of £125m, in excess of vehicles under management and managing a team of 65 employees, implemented major strategic organisational changes, delivering customer service improvements, management of vehicle life cycle process, from order, through in-life services and vehicle termination.I am a long-standing member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation UK and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with Fellow (FCA) status
