I am a supply chain leader with more than 15 years’ experience driving transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across logistics and technology-driven environments. Currently serving as Head of Strategic Initiatives – Supply Chain at CDW UK, I lead programmes that enhance efficiency, resilience, and customer value while aligning operations with strategic business priorities.Key achievements include:Warehouse Relocations – Successfully led two major relocations. Most recently, as Supply Chain Lead, I designed and directed the full programme: developing solutions, managing partners, overseeing testing, leading the physical transition, and optimising operations post-move.Customer Service Redesign – Reorganised and realigned responsibilities across teams, ensuring activities were allocated effectively.
