I have 20 years of experience in product design with the last 10 years managing agile teams for the rapid development of electronic modules for the off-highway and agricultural markets. I enjoy the challenges associated with bringing technology to products and markets that are traditionally not considered high tech and seeing the rapid customer acceptance of a well designed, easy to use product. Career Highlights - Developed prototype vehicle instrument cluster for the U.S. Army JLTV project that passed durability testing with zero failures - Assembled and led team of three electrical and software engineers that over the course of 2.5 years developed, implemented and launched into production two DC motor control modules, one solenoid control module, two user interfaces and a capacitive level sensor within a business that had no prior electronic products-Key member in the rebranding efforts of the Stewart Warner product line including launching numerous new products
