Steve is a tremendous leader who leads by example, compassion but at the same time provides clear and firm objectives that inspire people to perform at their highest potential. He helps his staff identify their strengths and then leverages those skills to create job satisfaction, which in turn benefits clients. He has created cutting edge grief and loss curriculum that has proven beneficial for clients and staff who are working through these issues. He is has been in the mental health field for 30 years and has been an LCSW since 1993. He has 16 years of management experience (including executive management leadership) and 14 years of direct counseling experience. He has published two books, one on stress management and the other on grief and loss. His recent book \"Dragonfly Wings for Emmalee\", has been featured on KSL TV, KSL radio, Fox 13 Utah, ABC4 Utah, FM 100, ZHT 97.1 Morning Zoo. There have been numerous articles written about his work. The Ensign Magazine also published an article he wrote,\"Lifting The Hands Which Hang Down\" The book is available at Barnes and Noble and on Amazon.
