   Serving as Senior Advisor, I work to promote and increase implementation of the MSSC training and certification programs for supply chain automation, advanced manufacturing, logistics, and forklift technicians. Working at the national, state, regional and local levels I engage stakeholder communities (business, education/training and government entities). This includes collaborating with employers and education to identify programs that help build a pipeline of skilled technicians by leveraging strategic alliances and creating partnerships among those groups. In this role, I serve as a project manager, public speaker and innovative thought-leader to help employers clearly identify workforce needs, increase their productivity and ROI in hiring candidates, and up-skilling the current workforce.
