My years as a CPA and in business development serves me well in this role, where I lead the firm\'s internal operations. I identify dynamic cost saving strategies and efficiency improvements through internal accounting and budgeting. In marketing, I help the firm onboard new clients and develop exciting marketing materials. Maintaining a fun culture that earned the firm a top 10 ranking for Best Accounting Firms to Work For in the United States is my primary goal for human resources. And in IT, I make sure our team has the best tools in the industry so we can serve our clients with the high level of customer service they expect.
