About Steve Griffith

Mr. Griffith has over 30 years of experience primarily in construction materials testing, special inspection, geotechnical services, forensic/distress analysis, project management and management of consulting engineering firms. He has managed numerous projects in the western United States including international airports, military installations, highways, infrastructure, hydropower and earthen dams, data centers, master planned communities, schools, hospitals, residential and commercial high rises, sewage treatment plants and bridges. As a District/Regional Manager, Mr. Griffith has been responsible for technical and fiscal business operations, overseeing CMT Services Department including Laboratory, the NDE/NDT and Mechanical (Destructive Testing), and NACE Coatings Inspection departments as well as several Special Project Groups amounting to revenues in excess of $10M/year and over 100 employees. Added responsibilities include the role of Quality Manager, and Responsible Managing Individual (RMI) for State Contractor License). Duties include review and approval of the hiring of personnel, safety, bid preparation, change orders, quality systems (USACE, ISO 17025, 17020 (AAP, A2LA and IAS)), accounts payable/receivable, equipment purchasing, scheduling, client, public and business relations, marketing and project management. He has also served in the role of Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for portable nuclear testing gauges in five states (Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Utah) and has completed training in RSO training for Industrial Radiography.
