Working on Gatwick airport train station as part of feed study for the modernisation of the train terminal. Duty\'s consist of site set up. Full control over all sub contractor\'s [ NG BAILEYS / BABCOCK / FRANKEMS / EXCELL ] who are carrying out detailed tag and trace assessment of services electrical / water / tracks and signals for future development planning. Liaising with subcontractor\'s and station managers as to nights work in hand Making sure all subcontractor personnel are working in a safe and secure manner and adhering to working parameter\'s of the work package plans. Reporting back the nights progress and line blockage details.Inductions / tool box talks safety bulletin\'s / time sheets /site personnel attendance and fit for work assessment\'s
