ITIL Fully qualified to ITIL MALC (v3) with over 20 years’ active careers experience managing and implementing the framework. This has covered most areas of the ITIL lifecycle. Successfully managed the implementation of the ITIL framework in two UK defence organisations, with a heavy reliance on infrastructure and governance. Fully SC cleared.
