The Head of L&D Group Delivery is responsible for the strategy, quality and delivery of learning content across Centrica Group The role is responsible for managing the delivery teams across apprenticeship, technical and customer experience where learning curriculums are delivered internally The role is responsible for developing and implementing the Learning Associate model across the groupAccountabilities Manage and develop the delivery teams across the group Develop the delivery quality standards relevant to the curriculums for the facultiesthat include: Management & Leadership, Customer Service, Sales, Business & Professional & Engineering Responsible for delivering large learning programmes and initiatives, designed bythe Learning Design team Manage the performance of the Delivery teams Ensure training is compliant with H&S and regulatory requirements Maintain awareness of good delivery practices and advancements in social anddigital learning which can be applied to learning activities Ensure operational and regulatory risks are managed and escalated as appropriate Ensure information systems are operated to the required standard to maintainaccurate and secure records Ensure delivery teams track the progress of participants in terms of assessingcompetence, knowledge and application Ensure there are adequate resources, including contingency arrangements, to runthe business and meet our customer commitments Adhere to the Competence and Training procedures, in particular, to promote aculture where customers are treated fairly and are properly informed
