I have spent years gaining experience in supply chain and logistics. My experience includes, but is not limited to:Managing and developing transportation and logistics networks, vendor relationships and system processes. Analytics of all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost-effective and efficient means of transport and packaging.Deep knowledge of air and ocean freight forwarding, global warehousing, transportation, surface transportation and supply chain solutions.Developing partnerships with 3PL\'s.Continually working on process improvements based on report data and performing root cause analyses.Monitors, measures and documents transportation key performance indicators.Conducts Quarterly Business Reviews with 3PL\'s.Providing input and guidance on transportation / warehousing budgets and expenses.And my favorite, providing logistics strategies for large or small marketing events and shows.I truly enjoy being part of moving things around the world. After all, logistics is just moving something from a to b but there are so many ways to do it. Until matter transporters are invented there will always be something to do.
