ABOUT STEVE GINGRAS
For the past fifteen years, I\'ve conducted Procrastination, Time Management and Public Speaking workshops in the Ottawa Ontario Canada region. The workshops are delivered through the Ottawa Catholic School Board\'s Continuing Education Department. I\'ve constantly received positive feedback from the students in attendance as well as the Continuing Education Department. In 2012, I began offering workshops at the Ottawa Public Library, C3 Community Centre, Dovercourt Community Centre, Ottawa Chinese Community Centre and LASI World Skills. For a majority of my working career, I was employed for two major high tech manufacturing companies.(Nortel Networks and ST Microelectronics) I served as an internal ISO 9001 Auditor, Documentation Manager, Health and Safety Coordinator and Corporate Trainer with both companies. I was responsible for maintaining our departmental ISO 9001 certification and at all times ensuring we were \"audit ready\". I was recognize by management as an employee who could \"get the job done\" whenever called upon for projects or leading a group. In 2011, I formed my own group stevegingras.net which provides organizational and procrastination training as well as overcoming public speaking fears via my step by step method. I am a semi regular Organizational Coach guest on the Rogers 22 Talk Show Daytime. I created and developed a six episode music showcase for Rogers Television called the \"Ottawa Originals\". I also created another music series for Cogeco TV (Your TV) called \"Music Volume\". We are currently entering our twelve season. I hosted a half hour television interview show for Your TV called Motivate Corner. The show features various guests who offer inspiration and motivational advice to the viewers. The show premiered in August 2017. I served as the Community Producer for this show as well. I currently serve as a Color Analyst and backup play by play for the Smiths Falls Bears CCHL and EOJHL web streaming broadcasts on Flo Sports. I also host the intermission segments as well as serve as the script writer and audio editor producer for both the pregame and CCHL/EOJHL Reports.
