In my role, I lead and manage the product management team at EngagedMD with accountability for our software roadmap. This role requires that I-Generate and validate product concepts from 0-1, including exploring ways that AI can improve our product portfolio-Work closely with champions at key accounts to prioritize the most impactful product changes that align with business and revenue targets-Coordinate internally with other executive and senior leaders to refine and execute annual and quarterly plans across functions-Partner closely with engineering, sales and operations to build scalable, high-impact products-Directly contribute to the product backlog while collaborating with design and engineeringMajor Accomplishments (so far)-Led the initiative to launch a new version of the EngagedMD platform and migrated all customers to the new platform. This migration resulted in zero attrition due to client dissatisfaction with the new product and unlocked significant market and product expansions-Built and launched the first new product line in over 6 years at EngagedMD, Navigate, with multiple other products in development-Hired and mentored a team of product managers
