Provide overall ownership, management, and execution of all Tank Farms Work Control and Planning procedures and processes, including oversight of Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Tank Farm Projects Planning, and Retrieval Planning activities and schedule commitments.Responsibilities include directing Work Control resources to support schedule commitments and company priorities, Control Account Manager (CAM), and leading Work Control in resolving corrective actions to support continuing improvement of procedures and processes. I also develop and update organization performance metrics, ensure program supports Dept of Energy orders and directives, and ensure Work Control utilizes ISMS, VPP, and EMS principles. I work to promote a positive, collaborative, and safety-conscious work environment. Work together with Senior and Executive level management to identify, initiate, and complete program improvements as our work scope transitions to continuous operations in support of the Waste Treatment Plant. Spearheading the program\'s transition to technology-driven solutions using emerging digital platforms to enhance work control and work planning efforts.
