Helping people succeed in life and in business has been Steve\'s driving goal. Steve has taken this zeal for quality of life into Sandias Executive Search in helping other people find a new and exciting challenge in advancing their careers. Steve has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 40 years with 4 grown children and now 8 grandchildren, 6 boys and 2 girls! They bring him the balance of work and play. Steve and Sue love to travel throughout New Mexico.Steve has also been Pastor to Crestview Community Church for 8 years serving the intercity needs of Albuquerque New Mexico. He and Sue have a strong passion for strengthening marriages and family lives by hosting small group meeting throughout the month through New Covenant Church.Steve has won the Southwest Rookie of the year award and was one of the top 10 billing rookies nationally, as well as being a 6 time Pacesetter in the MRI Network. He was recently recognized as a Top-50 Account Executive worldwide, putting him in the top 2% of performers. Steve has worked with clients and candidates in 21 states and has a 85% repeat client base.
