Steve is responsible for the organization and management of Garney\'s Nashville-based operation, as well as Garney\'s Mid-Atlantic regional operation. He successfully helps estimates, bid, and manage the operations for multiple projects throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania. These projects include major water and wastewater pipeline and facilities construction and rehabilitation. Steve has managed major infrastructure projects throughout the United States, and has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1992. In 2003, Steve opened the Garney regional office in Nashville, bringing tremendous leadership, team building, and business management experience to ensure customer satisfaction. In 2015, Steve assisted in opening Garney\'s regional office in Chantilly, VA.
