ABOUT STEVE FEIGH
I consider myself intelligent, self-motivated (which I define as passionate with a positive attitude), and a highly adaptable individual. I am experienced in leading others more specialized than myself in various skill sets. I constantly desire to be competent in my job to provide added value to the team. I do not mind asking for help, but I will not be a burden to others over time. My technical background has primarily been in communications, cybersecurity, and the electromagnetic spectrum. I am also adept in planning at both strategic and tactical levels, specifically how my expertise can support the whole.I know how to take care of people. If I am hired to be in charge, that is exactly what I am going to do. I will accomplish my objectives. However, if the Army has taught me anything, the only reason I can be successful is because everyone else around me did their part. Their success is my success, their failure is my failure. You need to show them, as well as tell them. I will use my resources to do so. Take burdens off them, even if it means adding to your own. Show them what responsibility means. Have the hard conversations to help them and, by extension, you improve.
