A commercial and forward thinking Finance Director who has 25 years experience within accounting and finance, and over 20 years post qualified ACCA. An ability to manage people, with a natural flair for business partnering, bringing both support and challenge. A vast retail knowledge of 15+ years in the sector is supplemented by a further four years experience in the construction industry, following a solid grounding from 4 years in private practice. A strong history of cash flow management, an ability to identify cost saving measures, improve processes, and implement change to drive profitability.
