This includes, but is not limited to: —Managing the company\'s full-cycle recruiting programs from initial candidate identification / sourcing all the way through to offer negotiations, the pre-employment process, and leading employee onboarding for all new hires. —Financial forecasting & employee utilization analysis —Co-leading the development and implementation of a new companywide performance management system —Serving as the company\'s main benefits & payroll administrator —Employer compliance & legality matters —Employee compensation benchmarking and total rewards —Coaching & conflict resolution and mediation —Partnering with key stakeholders across the org to improve performance and engagement across their teams through special trainings, initiatives, and tailored-to-the-person employee development plans.
