About Steve Drouin

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Bombardier, I develop and implement HR business strategies to achieve organizational objectives and support both employees and managers of different levels. I have a degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and a passion for helping people grow and succeed in their careers.In my current role, I have participated and led annual performance review exercises, assessed organizational needs in terms of skills development, training, and employee assistance programs, and evaluated and defined roles in manufacturing engineering, project management, and business analysts. I have also contributed to the recruitment process, the development of HR KPIs, and the coaching of managers on best HR practices. Previously, I was in charge of the recruitment process for the supply chain, where I evaluated the integration program for new employees, created a dashboard for exit interviews, and defined supply chain roles and career progression. I have also worked as an assistant manager and a key holder at Banana Republic, where I increased sales by 28% in four years, implemented inventory and records management systems, and supervised and organized a team of 20 salespeople.
