The Leader of Aviva\'s National Property Claims Technical Teams and Technical Coaching Team. The technical teams are accountable for Aviva\'s largest and most complex property claims including litigation. The technical coaching team supports, coaches and mentors our wider property claims team building our overall technical capabilities and future. Leading through balanced holistic performance measurement regimes that include financial, operational and customer experience measurements rather than focus on traditional pure productivity measures.
