   As the VP – New Brand Initiatives at Windmill Health Products, my focus is to execute the creation of key new brand and product launch initiatives, and associated marketing and digital support. My overall responsibilities include quarterbacking all aspects of a major brand or product launch, from conception, design and formulation to packaging, branding and marketing/sales support. I am also responsible for creating and executing specific programs to strengthen the overall communications for Windmill\'s numerous individual nutritional supplement brands, both to trade and general consumers.My key areas of responsibility lie in a growing private label business for select retailers, including Walmart. This includes product ideation, sell-in, formulation, packaging, manufacturing execution, regulatory and quality control. I also work in these capacity for specific new brand launches for key retailers and in unique categories (Keto, Plant-Based, Performance). In addition, I am responsible for and administer all aspects (content, sales, marketing) of online retail accounts for retailers including Walmart.com, Target.com, SamsClub.com and Costco.com. I am also actively involved with coordinating content and image management for Amazon.com.
