About Steve Dock

I am a graduate of the NCSU Poole College of Management\'s MBA program, where I focused on the use of qualitative research methods as tools for dissecting the customer experience. Before starting my MBA training, I worked as a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry, developing new drugs, and crafting data stories to share insights. I am endlessly curious, and though I am leaving beakers and test tubes behind, I have found a way to shift my skills and passion from molecules to marketing.
