Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FIGUR8, a health technology company revolutionizing musculoskeletal (MSK) care through objective movement data and real-time muscle activation insights. In this role, my focus is on expanding access to FIGUR8’s groundbreaking platform, which empowers physical therapists with actionable metrics to enhance clinical decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and streamline return-to-function pathways.Prior to joining FIGUR8, I served as CEO of Empower Physical Therapy, where I led the growth of a multi-state platform across 56 clinics. Previous work includes being the inaugural clinical COO of Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), helping scale the business to over 110 clinics through joint venture partnerships. Earlier roles include Area Vice President at Physiotherapy Associates and Senior Group Director at Stryker Physiotherapy Associates.It is important to me to contribute to my profession through public service and education, which I was given the opportunity to do as former president of the Colorado State Physical Therapy Board and currently serving on the Advisory Board for the Regis University School of Physical Therapy.
