This included the purchase and installation of assembly and milling equipment.($60M)• Led project team that integrated a Bar Drawing facility acquisition into the organization by promoting company values and principles to strengthen the supply chain of bar stock.• Led project team that facilitated the installation of a multi spindle, High volume CNC machine which provided additional production capacity resulting in an estimated savings of in eight months post implementation.
