Results oriented leader, working in financial services, at Board level since 2006, holding regulated roles under SMR and its predecessor regimes. Currently CEO of CrowdProperty an FCA-regulated property development lender, supporting SME developers to deliver property projects across England and Wales. We provide end-to-end development finance, working direct with developers – from first-timers to experienced professionals – and through an established network of trusted finance brokers.Previously CEO of a start up (now GB Bank), focused on regional property development lending and prior to that held a variety of Exec roles over a number of years at the Wesleyan Group including Chief Executive - Wesleyan Bank (where I drove the development of a strategy focused on commercial lending), Group Commercial Director running Sales and Distribution of all products through all channels (doubling income in 4 years) and Group Operations Director managing Change, IT and HR. Before Wesleyan a Director/General Manager at Lloyds TSB with varied experience including leading an internal change consultancy of 450 staff, managing a portfolio of £1bn p.a. of project investment and delivery of transformational change, including post merger business integrations, regulatory and other strategic change.An experienced Chair of committees (Executive, Credit, Asset & Liability, Sales & Marketing, Product Governance) as well as subsidiary company Boards. Comfortable working in large plc’s, smaller companies and start-ups.Open to interesting Non Exec roles.
