ARPwave is pioneering a new branch of drug free, non-invasive soft tissue medicine, which deals with the neurological origin of all soft tissue conditions and symptoms, not just the physical symptoms. ARPwave FDA cleared devices utilize a proprietary and unique double-exponential waveform created by compounding Direct Current (DC) with a high-frequency carrier signal called “Background.” The Background waveform is harmonious to the body and it helps to significantly reduce skin and fatty tissue impedance, producing minimal inhibitory protective muscle contractions, giving the user the ability to achieve eccentric contraction while receiving a high amount of Direct Current stimulus. The end result being the elimination of disuse atrophy and compensation patterns, retraining of proper movement patterns, and complete recovery. Furthermore, ARP and ARPwave protocols allow for excellent cellular disruption locating abilities and the ability for active motion throughout treatment, something no other EMS can accomplish.
