Projects totaled more than $2M and finished on time within given fiscal constraints of +/-10%.• Lead digital video services roll out for the Cox Business Arizona market, protecting base Monthly Recurring (MRC) Revenue. Applied leadership across market resources to accelerate digital conversions from 25% projection to 92% actual conversions at program milestone date. In 21 weeks turned the MRC projection from 3.75k to 1.38M actual revenue, managing just under conversions for customers, and making the Arizona Business market the leader in digital video service conversion. Arizona was the only market of 21 to achieve greater than 90% conversion rate at its milestone date.
