Architecturally based leadership of this product and clever engagement of Sales Engineering Managers nationwide in development and product compatibility has enabled real and immediate feedback for a better product. Cutting across multiple stacks and agile teams with DevOps principles; implemented DevOps to operate the SDWAN project with the benefit of an extended collaborative environment that includes sales leadership, architects, infrastructure cloud platforms, supply chain, fulfillment operations, product management, vendors, and technical delivery. SDWAN SME at Cox.• Provides thought leadership in the PMO led business process transformation from waterfall to agile centric methodologies. Business process transformation includes not only the Agile construction and integration of software but the portfolio and program management processes that enable strategic initiative funding. • Project Manager Test Automation, Jenkins Implementation, and Cox Business Test Environment, an Infrastructure project to support Cox Business Environment Management as TOMS/Atlas proliferates operationally. Projects totaled more than $2M and finished on time within given fiscal constraints of +/-10%.• Lead digital video services roll out for the Cox Business Arizona market, protecting base Monthly Recurring (MRC) Revenue. Applied leadership across market resources to accelerate digital conversions from 25% projection to 92% actual conversions at program milestone date. In 21 weeks turned the MRC projection from 3.75k to 1.38M actual revenue, managing just under conversions for customers, and making the Arizona Business market the leader in digital video service conversion. Arizona was the only market of 21 to achieve greater than 90% conversion rate at its milestone date.
