Responsible for pre-clinical, CMC, I.T and Legal recruitment at Bicycle Therapeutics.Led the PSL project to determine future external recruitment partners. This includes creating a project plan with certain deliverables and timescales, alongside milestones to track progress. I was also responsible for creating metrics, KPIs and RFI/RFPs, all to be used to measure success and choices of partners.Co-led selection and implementation of ModernLoop as our A.I tool, to assist with scheduling of interviews.
