We provide professional, unbiased, and objective management of roof assets and exterior building envelope components. Roof Care Management designs maintenance programs and roof asset management programs to manage your roof costs and maximize your roof\'s service life. We have but one goal: To educate building owners and managers to the fact that programmed roof maintenance makes economical sense, and guarantees our success in maximizing roof life at minimum cost. We assist building owners and managers in the maintenance and upkeep of their existing roofing (and building envelope) assets with the intention of extending the EUL (Estimated Use Life) of the roof and other critical exterior building envelope components. The most effective way to prevent roof failure is to repair the roof before it leaks. Due-diligence review of roof condition and value for Investors and Real Estate transactions. The life expectancy of your roof is directly related to how often it is inspected and how quickly small problems are identified and repaired. Having a new roof installed and then neglecting it can be a LOSING PROPOSITION. BE ROOF CARE AWARE!Remember the process of roof aging starts the moment the roof system is installed.
