As a Product Manager at Sinch, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative solutions that enable customers empower their communication applications. With over 25 years of experience in the software, collaboration and networking industry, I have a deep understanding of the technical and business needs of customers, partners, and developers across various domains and verticals. I leverage my skills in pre-sale engineering, marketing, and product management to drive adoption of Sinch. I own the full life-cycle of Sinch\'s Elastic SIP Trunking, from inception to release, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality. In my previous role, I built programs (and delivered them) that would allow Cisco\'s partner-facing engineers to educate and enable channel partners on how to use, sell, demonstrate, and go to market with Cisco\'s collaboration products. My specialty was in AI/ML features and programmability, advocating for development using Cisco\'s collaboration APIs and SDKs giving partners new routes to market and new ways to compete.
