My practice includes estate planning, tax law, and asset protection. I have drafted estate plan instruments for individuals and families in a diverse range of situations. That includes family with estate tax exposure or undoing an irrevocable trust for income tax planning (i.e, charitable giving or set up costs basis planning). I also focus my practice on families with special needs. This includes understanding the particular special needs and incorporating a variety of strategies in place to support the special needs child.I also advises corporate clients in matters such as organizing new entities, corporate transaction, and nonprofit charities.For me, practicing law in the areas of estate planning and special needs trusts is a way to live out his passion helping others build generational wealth, plan for retirement, and provide for their families. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering, running, traveling, and playing golf.
